Welcome to the Sense Serenity Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• The affiliate program is open exclusively to individuals and businesses with a valid U.S. mailing address.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Program Participation

• Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the net sales value of orders referred through their unique affiliate links.
• Commissions are calculated after any discounts, returns, or cancellations.
• Orders must be shipped to a U.S. address to qualify for commissions.

3. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid weekly, every Monday, via PayPal only.
• There is no minimum payout threshold.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address. Sense Serenity is not liable for payments sent to incorrect or outdated PayPal accounts.
• All commissions are subject to a 7-day hold period to account for potential refunds or fraudulent activity.

4. Marketing Guidelines

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
• Use of Sense Serenity trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials is permitted only for the purpose of promoting our products.
• Affiliates must not engage in misleading, spammy, or unethical marketing practices.

5. Termination

• Sense Serenity reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

6. Modifications

• We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
