1.1. Once your order is placed, we will begin the production process, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Time

2.1. After production, your order will be shipped and should arrive at your address within 2-5 business days.

3.1. We offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely. The available shipping options will be presented at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.2. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

5. Delivery Areas

5.1. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

6.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

7. Issues with Deliveries

7.2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
