1. Return Eligibility
1.1. We do not accept returns for products that arrive damaged or broken.
1.2. If a product arrives damaged, customers must provide proof that the damage did not occur due to usage after delivery.
2. Refunds for Damaged Products
2.1. For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund within 14 days, even if the product is non-returnable.
2.2. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and provide documentation, such as photographs, showing that the damage occurred before use.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Once we have reviewed the documentation and approved your request, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
3.2. Refunds include the full purchase price of the item but do not include shipping fees.
4. Non-Returnable Policy
4.1. Customized or personalized items, digital products, final sale items, and products explicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned under any circumstances.
4.2. Refunds will be issued without requiring the product to be returned.
